By creating an account or using BidReady, you agree to these Terms. You represent that you are authorized to upload the construction bid documents provided to your workspace.
BidReady provides automated decision-support summaries and document requirement extraction based on uploaded files. BidReady is NOT an engineering, legal, or construction estimating advisory firm and does not provide binding professional advice. Estimators must independently review and verify all closing dates, bonding, insurance, addenda, and submission forms directly against source bid documents prior to bid submission.
Users receive 1 included Bid Review ($0) upon account registration (no card required). Additional Bid Reviews are purchased at published prices ($29 CAD single or $69 CAD 3-pack via Stripe). Each Bid Review includes complete initial Bid Overview, Bid / No-Bid Intelligence, persistent requirement ledger, missing document detection, addenda impact analysis, and Final Bid Check. BidReady does not price, certify, sign, or submit bids.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
