Bid Reviews purchased ($29 CAD single or $69 CAD for 3-pack via Stripe) provide complete bid review coverage (Bid Overview, Bid / No-Bid Intelligence, persistent requirement ledger, missing document detection, addenda impact analysis, Final Bid Check, and PDF exports) and remain available in your account until used.
If a document upload fails or BidReady cannot produce a usable Bid Overview brief due to a technical processing error, your reserved Bid Review credit is automatically restored to your account balance.
If you experience a technical billing issue, submit your request to hello@usebidready.com. Payment issues are reviewed fairly according to published policies.
